Hi Vijay,
       I am writing this mail to let you know that the session on Verbal communication skills was very good and interesting. There were many things regarding communication that I had never considered important, but this workshop drove home the point that communication could help me grow in my career faster and better.

The case studies that were given helped me to boost my verbal communication skills. They gave me an inkling of the havoc that ineffective communication can bring about in my career. The skills that you taught me will definitely help me in my career to deal with clients, subordinates and colleagues.

I have already started to follow the techniques taught by you in my daily life and improve my skills. I definitely hope that 2 months later, I will be a changed person with more control of my life.

I certainly hope that Syntel chooses you to conduct workshops on soft skills like Team Building and Leadership.

Hello Mr. Bhand,
       I am taking this opportunity to put together a few words regarding my feedback of the Team Leadership programme conducted by you at PONL.

I have been through a session of Personal Effectiveness in the recent past. While going through the workshop on Team leadership I have been able to identify the importance of effective communication for effective team building. By merging together my learnings from the Personal effectiveness sessions and the Team leadership workshop, I will surely be able to improve my communication and work towards a conducive environment in my team. The team leadership workshop has also made me realise the importance of the WIN-WIN attitude. I have also realised that if I have to have a win-win attitude in the team, I should cultivate it into myself first. I am making a conscious effort towards it.

By and large the entire two day workshop was were interactive and enjoyable for me. Moreover I have been through the workshop at the right time as I have recently moved into a new job profile and will soon be having a new team. I will make a sincere effort to implement the learnings of the workshop into my routine job.

     How do you do? I really enjoyed the two day workshop here, I have learnt many things and will try to implement in my work place. On the first day I wanted to show the team that I am the person who can make things look easy and on the second tried to be more reserved. In due course I did loose many things, but as a keen observer, studied my team mates, and tried to understand them. In some cases, got some jokes on myself (but I not take any thing personal) I was trying many things at workshop. I really learnt many things not only for the things you used to teach, but also with the things I did like being very co-operative on the first day and on the second day observing all. Hope the next time meet would be more entertaining as well as learning.
