Hello Vijay,
I was looking forward to this training program and I want to let you know that I would be looking forward for many more.(I would have to resist myself from changing the annual program to snatch away your trainings for which I have already nominated my team members!)

I wanted to convey my heartfelt thanks to you for the excellent workshop. Being the team leaders, we are often required to undergo workshops/ seminars on Leadership/ Management/Building Team Work (and many such 'bad words' as you call it). However, I confess that once the two-day programs are over, many times, the learnings soon become a thing of the past.

However, I wholeheartedly admit that the one by you was very thought provoking. I realised that may be even our attitude towards how we look at the two-day

Training programs/trainer has a lot to do with how succesfully the action points can be practised by us. So no more 'mindframes' before attending any training programs!

I really liked your voice modulation and your concept of using metaphors for

life right from Linear Programming, Bell Curve , Alice in Wonderland to the amazing Geese! Your focus on 'synergy' and 'the people side' of work was inspiring. The 'Team Roles Inventory' exercise is magically true. I got myself a 'TW' (Team Worker) and it is very very true that I am poor at decision making and often fail to be assertive. I am bad at confronting people in the fear of emotional disturbances and many times have to repent on not being outrightly direct.

I'm going to make a conscious effort to remember and work upon my 'action

learnings' from this workshop. Thank You once again for the insights and mind refreshment! And yes I won't forget to have OATS for breakfast before I begin my work-day!

Hi Vijay,
Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I found the training really helpful to overcome our stress. I am feeling light from now. I hope to see you again and with some more experience of yours so that we improve in ourselves.

I thank you once again for all the help provided by you. Also I hope that you don't mind me mailing you again and again as I know to achieve a particular level of assertiveness, I may need your help again and again.

Hi Vijay,
Feedback is just a formality and process to improve the person's output next time, but I feel that no body can be better than you for this subject.

It was one of the best sessions I have attended, which has added a true and a strong value to my personality as well in the approach toward any of the interactions. Now I can be a better professional/person. About the session, it was absolutely wonderful and full of quality information. The practical examples, which involved all the participants, were the strong approach to learn the subject.

Nothing can be better than you as a mentor for the Negotiation subject.

Ankit Asthana - PCS Gandhinagar

Dear Sir,
The training session on 'Negotiation Skills' was very interesting. We were exposed to various tact/skills that can be used during Negotiation. It was also demonstrated that knowing that these skills exists in itself is not going to help us.

Implementing these in the various situations that we find ourselves is very

important. So I can say that the session was very good. But as always with such sessions, unless I consciously try to use it, it might not be of much help.
