The L.E.A.D. ( Leadership & Entrepreneurial Accelerated Development) Programme is a programme that has been specifically designed to cater to the requirements of large and medium Companies who have expressed a need for a leadership development programme for “Fast Trackers” in their respective organizations. Development of Leadership Competencies over a finite time horizon(normally 12 consecutive months – between 2/3 days each month) is the primary objective programme. This is a skill building programme with an emphasis not so much on theory but an avowed vision to build leadership competencies. The stages are outlined below:

STAGE I :

Identification of the existing and potential leaders for the program.

STAGE II :

Establishing the Core Leadership Competencies required in line with your organization's goals and objectives

STAGE III : Assessing each individual identified for the program in line with these Competencies and identifying the potential areas of development.
STAGE IV : Plan to develop these competencies
STAGE V : Follow-up & Evaluation process
